TXT is built for creators to connect directly with fans through private messaging and monetize conversations, content, and access.

These guidelines ensure a safe, compliant, and high quality experience for everyone on TXT.

1. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY

As a creator on TXT, you are responsible for:

• All content you send, post, or sell

• All interactions with fans

• Ensuring your activity complies with applicable laws and platform policies

You represent your brand directly to your audience. TXT is a direct line, not a marketplace buffer.

2. LEGAL AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

Creators may not use TXT to:

• Promote or engage in illegal activity

• Sell or coordinate drugs, weapons, or regulated goods

• Promote scams, fraud, or deceptive offers

• Engage in or promote human trafficking or exploitation

Zero tolerance violations will result in immediate removal.

3. ADULT CONTENT RULES

TXT allows adult content only if compliant.

Creators may:

• Share consensual adult content with verified fans

• Monetize access to adult conversations and media

• Offer private experiences within legal boundaries

Creators may NOT:

• Share content involving minors under any circumstances

• Promote escorting or physical meetups for payment

• Share non consensual, leaked, or stolen content

• Engage in coercion, manipulation, or exploitation

You are fully responsible for ensuring all participants are 18+ and consenting.

4. AUTHENTICITY AND TRANSPARENCY

TXT is built on trust. Creators must be clear about how they operate.

You must:

• Represent yourself accurately

• Avoid impersonation or misleading identity

• Clearly communicate if messages are sent by a team or assistant

Recommended best practice:

• Be upfront about whether fans are speaking to you directly or through support

Trust increases conversion.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You may only share content that:

• You created

• You have rights to distribute

• Includes individuals who consent to distribution

You may NOT:

• Repost stolen or pirated content

• Sell content you do not own

• Use AI or deepfake tools to mislead or impersonate others

TXT may remove any content at its discretion.

6. FAN INTERACTION STANDARDS

Creators must maintain respectful and professional interactions.

Not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Doxxing or sharing personal information

• Repeated unsolicited messaging or spam

TXT is a premium communication environment, not mass spam outreach.

7. MONETIZATION AND FAIR PRACTICES

Creators must be honest in what they offer.

You may NOT:

• Mislead fans about what they are purchasing

• Take payment without delivering promised content or access

• Manipulate users into unintended purchases

• Abuse refund or chargeback systems

Clear expectations = higher trust and higher revenue.

8. SPAM AND ENGAGEMENT ABUSE

To maintain quality across the platform:

Creators may NOT:

• Send mass unsolicited messages

• Use bots or automation to fake engagement

• Incentivize fake reviews or interactions

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate reach

TXT is designed for real conversations, not volume hacks.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Creators must respect fan privacy.

You may NOT:

• Share fan information without consent

• Record or distribute private conversations

• Use collected data outside TXT without permission

TXT is built on private, secure communication.

10. SENSITIVE AND HARMFUL CONTENT

Creators must avoid harmful or unsafe content.

Not allowed:

• Encouraging self harm or dangerous behavior

• Glorifying violence or abuse

• Sharing graphic or disturbing content for shock value

Content for awareness or education may be allowed with context.

11. PLATFORM USE AND POSITIONING

TXT is not:

• A dating or escort service

• A marketplace for physical meetups

• A place for illegal or off platform transactions

TXT is:
