TXT CONTENT POLICY

TXT is a direct to fan communication platform that enables creators to monetize conversations, content, and access through messaging.

To maintain a safe, lawful, and trusted environment for creators and fans, all users must follow the policies below.

1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

All users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

The following are strictly prohibited on TXT:

Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context

Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion

Terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups

Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances

Sale of firearms, weapons, or regulated goods between individuals

Non compliant gambling, lotteries, or financial scams

Distribution of stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulent goods

TXT maintains a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity.

2. ADULT CONTENT POLICY

TXT allows adult content only under strict conditions.

Allowed:

Consensual adult content between verified adults

Content behind paid access or private communication

Suggestive or explicit material where legal and compliant

Not allowed:

Any content involving minors or individuals under 18

Non consensual content or exploitation

Incest, coercion, or trafficking related content

Extreme violence, abuse, or degradation

Bestiality or illegal fetish content

TXT reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

Doxxing, harassment, or blackmail

Recording or distributing private conversations without permission

TXT is a direct communication platform. Abuse of that access is not tolerated.

Prohibited:

Hate speech or discrimination

Threats of violence or harm

Repeated unwanted messaging or spam

Harassment, intimidation, or targeting individuals

6. PLATFORM MISUSE AND SPAM

To protect the integrity of TXT:

Prohibited:

Mass unsolicited messaging

Artificial engagement or fake interactions

Misleading claims or deceptive practices

Creating accounts to evade enforcement

TXT is designed for real, direct, paid interactions between creators and fans.

7. FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

All transactions must comply with applicable laws and payment processor requirements.

Prohibited:

Fraud, chargeback abuse, or scams

Selling illegal goods or services

Misrepresentation of services offered

Attempting to bypass TXT payment systems

TXT may suspend accounts engaged in suspicious financial behavior.

8. SAFETY AND WELLBEING

TXT supports a safe environment for all users.

Prohibited:

Encouraging self harm or dangerous behavior

Glorifying violence or abuse

Sharing graphic content intended to shock or harm

Content shared for awareness or educational purposes may be allowed at our discretion.

9. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
