Responsibilities

As a Social Media & Event Manager, you will be responsible for shaping Fanblast’s digital presence and organizing impactful events that engage our creator community. You will develop and execute creative campaigns to strengthen our brand and bring creators together.

  • Managing Social Media – Plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social media channels to grow and activate our community.

  • Developing Content Strategies – Design campaigns that highlight Fanblast’s value for creators and enhance brand awareness.

  • Interacting with the Community – Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with creators and fans.

  • Planning and Executing Events – Organize online and offline events, meetups, and workshops that connect creators and industry professionals.

  • Collaborating Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, growth, and creator success teams to align content and event strategies.

  • Analyzing Performance – Track key social media and event metrics to optimize future initiatives.

  • Staying Up to Date – Keep up with social media trends, event best practices, and industry developments to ensure Fanblast stays ahead.


Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, event planning, or community building.

  • Strong creative and storytelling skills with a passion for social media trends.

  • Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar).

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing social media and event performance.

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms.

  • Fluent in German (English is a big plus).
